i heart janeane garofalo
It's a wonderfully stormy night and I just watched The Truth About Cats and Dogs. It reaffirms everything I love about Janeane Garofalo. She's dynamic, a great actor, funny, pretty, smart, on the right sight of politics ... I know she's playing a character but come on, "Abby" plays the violin on one end of the phone line then her love interest reads to her from Camera Lucida in turn. Okay, maybe it's just me.
p.s. I watched Dirty Dancing earlier and decided to listen to Otis Redding for two hours. "Nobody puts Baby in a corner!"

My god, this is what Michigan has brought you to??! Girl, you need to get out of that state, particulary that ridiculously small, ain't-nothing-to-do-but-talk-to-the-cows town! What do we need to do? Start a fundraiser or something?? I'm willing to help in any capacity!! SAVE OUR JENNIFER!!!
I know it's a little pathetic. But what else is there to do on a rainy night when you're a single gal stuck in a cultural wasteland. Big sigh.
oh jen -- i'm catching up w/yr blog and this has been/is so my life in oklaland. remember to get out as much as you can (= out of state), continue to dress fabulously, and keep your freezer stocked with vodka.
